Fill or Kill Order
it is an order to a stockbroker to buy or sell a particular share or shares immediately(fill). If the order is not executed at once, it is  treated as cancelled(kill).

Fixed Income Investments
Investments that yields fixed rate of interest are known as fixed income investments such as fixed deposits, non – convertible debentures, monthly income plans, or any other government bonds or certificates . When the rate of inflation, both their capital value and yield value are eroded.

Floating Stock
it is the number of shares of a company that is traded in the stock market ; usually a fraction of the total number issued and outstanding.

Floor Broker
floor broker is a person who actually does the buying and selling of shares on behalf of a member of the stock exchange for a small share of the commission charged by a broker.

Floor Trader
A member of the stock exchange who trades on the floor for himself of the exchange with his own account. He buys neither for the public, nor for the broker, but only looks for profitable buying or selling opportunities for himself, sometimes he is engaged in DAY TRADING,and  sometimes is only interested in speculating the market condition .

Fully Diluted
it is the Earning per share after accounting for all rights, bonuses, and issue of convertible debentures during a period.

Fully Paid Share capital
Share capital whose full value has been realized from the investors, as against partly paid up share capital where investors are yet to pay may be one or more calls.

Futures
Shares or commodities bought or sold for delivery at a future date. These  goods can be sold at a profit before the delivery date if prices in the market have changed or risen .

Futures Contract
A contractual agreement to buy or sell a specified quantity of a commodity, currency or shares at a particular price on a fixed date in the future. It differs from an option in that it does not provide an option to buy or sell, but is a definite contract to do either.

Futures Market
it is a Market where FUTURE CONTRACTS are traded. Such contracts are for buying and selling at a particular price on a future date. These can be a number of such markets for trading in different types of goods.
