In order to make the  market  efficient , there must be no learning lags, i.e., news must be completely and evenly distributed in the market, and no one or no group should have any information advantage to be able to manipulate the market.

Leasing
Hiringthe equipment , rather than buying it , such as car, machinery, sophisticated office equipment so as not to tie up money which can be more usefully deployed otherwise. Also, the lese rental can then be shown as an item of expenditure out of current income. The leased item becomes an asset of the leasing company rather than that of the user. Besides, when certain equipments tend to become obsolete and the upgraded versions are manifestly superior, for example computers and softwares , it makes sense to take them on lease, so that the benefits of technological changes can be fully realized.
